1) Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship to most places within India through our logistics partners – Gati Kwe, TCI Cargo, FedEx, Delhivery etc.

2) CAN YOU PLANT TREES IN LARGE PLANTERS?

Yes, absolutely. You will need to select the SW series of planters as this allows you full soil volume. You must select the planter size as per the plant you want to grow and the size of the roots. We have installations of Ficus Benjamina growing up to 15 feet tall.

3) WHAT KIND OF SOIL IS RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR PLANTERS?

We advice our customers to use a mix a lightweight soil, potting mix, coco peat etc. For our Large planters, you will need to add up to 50% soil if you plan to grow small trees. A 3 to 4 inch of gravel as the bottom most layer also help is draining out the water and preventing the soil being flushed out.

4) CAN WE GROW VEGIE’S IN THESE PLANTERS?

Yes, absolutely. You can plant vegetables, herbs, seasonal flowers etc. Choose he planter as per the depth of the roots required for the plants you need to grow.

5) WILL THE COLOUR FADE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT AS MY BALCONY DOES NOT HAVE A SHADE AND THE PLANTERS WILL BE EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT?

No, Our planters are made from UV stabilized polymer and non-fading colours. Of course, there is a gradual weathering effect over time, but our planters will not lose their colour.

6) DO WE NEED TO DRILL DRAINAGE HOLES IN THE PLANTERS?

Planters come with predrilled drainage holes with a provision of a rubber cap. Remove the rubber cap if you are potting directly into the planter or close it if you are using standard inner pots.

7) WHAT IS THE TALLEST PLANTER YOU MANUFACTURE?

The tallest planters are 1.5 meters or nearly 5 feet in height.

8) WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF LED LIGHTS IN YOUR PLANTERS?

All our planters come with standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. We assemble all LED lights inhouse and these need to pass rigorous testing before being installed into the planters.

9) CAN WE DIM THE BRIGHTNESS OF THESE LAMPS?

Yes, depending upon the model you can dim the brightness and switch the colour tone between cool White and warm White.

10) IS THE LAMP BODY WEATHER RESISTANT?

The lamp shell is UV protected. Gradual weathering effect in terms of colour will take place. The bases are powder costed.

11) CAN WE ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE LAMPS?

No, the heights are fixed as per the models. Our lamps are around 2 meters or 6.5 feet tall.

12) CAN THESE PLANTERS BE USED OUTDOORS TOO?

Yes, all Sereno and Bello planters are UV stabilized and made from non-fading colours. Our planters can be used indoor or outdoor without any worry of chipping, colour fading or cracking of the material.

13) ARE THE PLANTERS BREAKABLE?

Our planters are made from engineered polymer resin which is resistant to easy breaking. Unlike ceramic, clay pots which can break easily, our planters can take a good impact due to the material of construction.

14) WHAT THE MOST COMMON INDOOR PLANTS FOR AIR PURIFICATION?

Some of the common indoor plants for air purification are:

• Devil’s Ivy or Pothos
• Spider plant
• Areca Palms
• Snake plant / Mother-in-laws tongue
• Aloe Vera
• Lady Palm

16) Is your furniture weather resistant?

Yes, the polymer used in manufacturing of our products is UV stabilised and made from non fading colours. Thought natural ageing process will take place when permanently placed in the outdoors.
