Twin Layer Construction
We use the Twin layer construction, also known as dual-layer or double-layer construction. It's a manufacturing technique where two distinct layers of material are used to create a single product.
The two layers are often chosen for their complementary properties to enhance the overall performance and functionality of our product.
A key technique we employ is Twin layer construction, where two distinct layers of material are combined to enhance performance and durability. The outer layer, crafted from 100% recycled polymer, and the black inner layer which is also 100% recyclable, includes 30% consumer waste recycled like milk pouches. It showcases our dedication to sustainability. This approach not only extends the product's lifecycle but also minimizes the need for frequent replacements.

Our moulds are carefully finished by hand to give our products a unique surface finish. Great care is taken in polymer selection and during manufacturing process to ensure that each of our products is moulded with love to offer our customers an exceptional experience to beautify their space.

We at Sereno are working very hard to mitigate plastic pollution and building sustainable solutions that support our environment and future generations. This is only possible if we do it together. Great emphasis is laid down on using recycled polymer to cut down the use of fresh new polymer.

An architect by qualification and a moulder by profession, Yuvraj started SERENO - a product line of indoor & outdoor lifestyle products complementing nature in 2009.
Under Yuvraj’s leadership, the company has won numerous awards at International and national levels. European Product Design Awards, CII Design Excellence Award, The India I-Mark for Good Design and the Designomics award to name a few.
A strong believer in everlasting design and its function, he enjoys taking the product through its complete lifecycle - from conceptualization to its final execution.
