Our Recycle Process
Sereno's planter recycling process is a meticulous, eco-friendly approach that ensures sustainability at every stage. It begins with cutting extra material to recycle, minimizing waste from production. The waste material is then crushed and ground into small pellets, which are further refined into a fine powder. This powder is carefully blended with color before being molded into high-quality, 100% recyclable planters. Through this efficient recycling system, Sereno not only reduces environmental mpact but also creates durable, stylish, and ecoconscious products that support a greener future.
Twin Layer Construction
We use the Twin layer construction, also known as dual-layer or double-layer construction. It's a manufacturing
technique where two distinct layers of material are used to create a single product. The two layers are often chosen for their complementary properties to enhance the overall performance and functionality of our product.
A key technique we employ is Twin layer construction, where two distinct layers of material are combined to enhance performance and durability. The outer layer, crafted from 100% recycled polymer, and the black inner layer which is also 100% recyclable, includes 30% consumer waste recycled like milk pouches. It showcases our dedication to sustainability.
This approach not only extends the product's lifecycle but also minimizes the need for
frequent replacements.
