Cancellation

At Sereno, we go to great lengths to ensure that you receive your product in top-notch condition. Each item goes through multiple rounds of quality checks prior to shipment, and warrants your inspection and signature upon delivery.

We encourage customers to study product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit at your site or through doorways. We will not be able to offer returns or exchanges in such cases.

Exchange Eligibility

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

—An incorrect size of product has been delivered — the product does not match the item in your order confirmation email.

—The product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact our customer care team within 15 working days of delivery with the following:

—Order number

—Delivery address

—Reason for return, along with an image of the defective or incorrect item

Return Conditions

—A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3–5 business days. The product must be unused, with original tags intact.

—We do not entertain a 'change of heart' return or exchange policy.

—For merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once received at our warehouse — up to 7 days depending on your location.

—The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect. A receipt as proof of purchase is required.

—Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Size Exchange

In case a product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, the same product will be sent to you. A returned product cannot be exchanged for any other new product or a different size.

Refunds

Once your return request is received along with proof and reason, we will send you an acknowledgement email and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items with manufacturing defects. We will exchange it for a new piece of the same item within 7 days of purchase.

Special Cases

—Sale Items: We do not offer returns or exchanges on any discounted or sale items.

—Gifts: Any item marked as a gift at the time of purchase will only be refunded as credit on your gift card.

SERENO makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any information or content obtained through the website, application, or services.

We expressly disclaim any liability for consequences arising from your use of the platform, incorrect information provided, or the quality of products or services received.
