We are a made-to-order company. Every piece is crafted specifically for you — please read the below carefully to understand timelines and delivery terms.

Dispatch Timeline

Estimated time of dispatch is 7–10 working days from the date of order, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

—For orders with multiple products, the dispatch timeline of the product with the longest deadline will apply, so we can ship everything together.

—For orders exceeding ₹1,00,000 in value, we will review the order and revert with an appropriate timeline.

Delivery Partners

All mentioned timelines are dispatch timelines from our factory. Transportation is handled via third-party logistics partners — Shiprocket, Bluedart, Gati KWE, Delhivery, DTDC, SafeEx, or equivalent.

—Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us and additional charges will apply.

—Frontier will not be responsible for any delay caused by the logistics company.

—Please provide a mobile number you are reachable at, along with your complete shipping address including pin-code.

—At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
