Services available on the platform may include product browsing, selecting colours and sizes, adding to cart, purchasing gift cards, creating business accounts, and using visualisation or augmented reality tools.
| —Browse Products & Collections: Users may explore planters, fountains, furniture, lamps, and related categories. |
| —Product Details: Pages may include dimensions, colour options, size options, potting volume, and scale references. |
| —Colour & Size Accuracy: We strive for a high degree of accuracy. However, colours may vary due to screen settings and production variation. A tolerance of ±3% in dimensions applies to polymer products. |
| —Add to Cart: Products can be added to cart and purchased through the available checkout process. |
| —Business Sales: Customers with volume requirements may create a business account and may be eligible for business pricing after verification. |

Refund & Return Policy
Returns apply only to products carrying a manufacturing defect or damaged during transport, subject to proof of damage.
